Bright straw-yellow color. On the nose salty, rich in herbal notes and a hint of white flowers. Full-bodied, with notes of hollyhock and acacia.

Vinification in temperature-controlled tanks, minimal aging in barrel (10 - 15% new oak) in order to preserve the full expression of the terroir.
