Deep ruby with purple highlights. Aromas of red fruits such as cherries and berries with hints of vanilla. Full-bodied, with good quality tannins and balancing acidity.
A gastronomic wine with great flexibility among flavor combinations: red meats, pasta with red sauces, pizzas rich in cold cuts, and yellow cheeses. Possibility of aging of 5 years.
Manual harvest. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 25ºC. Grape skin extraction for at least 15 days and maturation for 6 months in oak barrels.
