Pale straw - yellow color. On the nose green apple, white flowers, minerality, and hints of almond. The palate is framed by lemony elements, with an excellent expression of green and citrus fruits. Fresh, full-bodied, with a medium-intensity aftertaste.
Typical white vinification with a stay on the skins for 6 - 8 hours. Fermentation with selected yeasts and maceration with fine lees for about 2 months. Transfer and maturation in stainless steel tank.
