A premium rosé wine that results from the meeting of the local Corvina and Trebbiano Di Lugana varieties with the international Carmenere variety. The red grapes are pressed very gently, while the Trebbiano is extracted with the pomace for 8-10 hours.
Aromas of red fruits, citrus fruits, white flowers, and notes of vanilla and burn. Pairs well with dishes such as pasta with burrata and vegetables, grilled fish, white meats, and goat cheese and has significant aging potential.
The must is cooled and transferred to stainless tanks where alcoholic fermentation takes place at a temperature of 13ºC-16ºC. 10% of the wine completes fermentation in new French oak tanks, while from the rest, 30% matures for 4 months in barrels and second-use French oak tanks. The result is an extremely complex and elegant rosé with great flavor intensity but also freshness on the palate.
