A special sparkling rosé from selected certified organic Corvina grapes from the Val Di Illasi valley of the Cellore Di Illasi hills in the Valpolicella zone. The name Ghes is derived from the Greek word "Earth" (of the Earth).

Special pink color with orange hues. Aromas of strawberry, cherry, and rose with notes of stone fruit and citrus fruits. Totally dry and refreshing with freshness and nerve.

Manual harvest, with careful selection of the grapes. Cold extraction, fermentation at a controlled temperature, aging in stainless steel tanks, and new fermentation in closed containers.
