Ruberpan Valpolicella Superiore

Exquisite ruby color. Aromas of black cherry, raspberry jam with hints of cocoa, and toasted wood. Velvety and balanced in the mouth. Wine assures that the more it ages, the more unique it will become.

The Cellore Di Illasi area is located on the slopes of the Garzon mountain and is cultivated with certified organic practices. The first release of Ruberpan wine (from the Latin word Ruber meaning ruby and the last syllable of the name Pieropan) was in 2003.

Manual harvest and fermentation at 23ºC-24ºC. 12-day extraction and maturation in large oak barrels (500-2500 liters) for 18-24 months.
