The Cellore Di Illasi area is located on the slopes of the Garzon mountain and is cultivated with certified organic practices. The first release of Ruberpan wine (from the Latin word Ruber meaning ruby and the last syllable of the name Pieropan) was in 2003.
Manual harvest and fermentation at 23ºC-24ºC. 12-day extraction and maturation in large oak barrels (500-2500 liters) for 18-24 months.
