Light lemon in color with green highlights. The palette of aromas is made up of citrus fruits, white flowers and the characteristic herbaceousness of green pepper. In the mouth it impresses with its cool acidity and the long citrus aftertaste.
Manual harvest and direct transport to the winery in small crates. Degassing and crushing in a pneumatic press. Static settling and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (16°C). Sur lie aging for three months in 300L French oak barrels.
